FAQ

• Q. Why are there two layers in the bottle? A. The dual-layer design is intentional. The oil and jelly essence work together to deliver hydration, nourishment, and a lasting glow. Slight separation is normal and does not affect the product's quality or performance. Shake well before each use to fully blend the layers for the best application and performance.
• Q. What's the difference between spraying close to the skin and spraying from farther away? A. Spraying close to the skin creates a richer, serum-like application for deeper hydration. Spraying from 10–20 cm away creates a fine mist that evenly refreshes and hydrates the skin throughout the day.
• Q. Can I use this over makeup? A. Yes. Spray from about 10–20 cm away to refresh dull-looking skin and boost hydration throughout the day without feeling heavy.
• Q. When should I use this mist serum? A. Use it after cleansing as part of your skincare routine, or anytime your skin feels dry or dull. It's perfect before makeup, after workouts, during travel, or whenever your skin needs a quick boost of hydration and glow.
• Q. Is this suitable for sensitive skin? A. Yes. The formula is dermatologist-tested, low irritation, and free from artificial fragrance and colorants, making it suitable for all skin types.
• Q. Does the formula feel oily or sticky? A. No. Although it contains an oil layer, the optimized 1:9 oil-to-jelly ratio delivers lasting hydration and glow without leaving a sticky finish.
