Frequently asked
questions

What is the difference between Booster Pro Mini and Booster Pro Mini Plus?

• Booster Pro Mini Plus is an upgraded version of the original Booster Pro Mini. It features three treatment modes (Red, Blue, and Purple) and five adjustable intensity levels, allowing for a more personalized skincare experience.
Unlike the previous model, Mini Plus is designed to be compatible with interchangeable accessories such as the Cleansing Head and Face Roller Head for added versatility. It also connects to the AGE-R app, where users can monitor battery status.
In addition, Booster Pro Mini Plus delivers up to 6.2 times enhanced performance compared to the previous Booster Pro Mini, helping support a more effective daily skincare routine.

Do I need a Booster Pro Mini Plus to use the Cleansing Head and Face Roller Head?

• Yes. The Cleansing Head and Face Roller Head are designed to work exclusively with the Booster Pro Mini Plus and cannot be used on their own or with the previous Booster Pro Mini.
To use either attachment, simply open the bottom cover, insert your Booster Pro Mini Plus device, and close the cover securely. Once connected, the Booster Pro Mini Plus powers and controls the attachment during use.
One Booster Pro Mini Plus device can be used with both the Cleansing Head and Face Roller Head, so you can easily switch between attachments depending on your skincare needs.

What is the head made of, and is it safe?

• he head is made of surgical-grade stainless steel, a material commonly used in medical instruments. It is durable and suitable for skin contact. Minor surface marks may occur during manufacturing or cleaning, but they do not affect the safety or performance of the device.

How do I attach the Cleansing Head and Face Roller Head?

• Insert the Mini Booster Pro Plus into the Cleansing Head, then twist until the “O” and “I” markers are aligned and locked. Once secured, press and hold the power button to begin use.

What types of cleansers can I use with the Cleansing Head?

• The Cleansing Head can be used with both cleansing foams and cleansing oils. Avoid using scrubs, peeling products, or cleansers containing large exfoliating particles, as they may damage the bristles.

Is the Cleasning device water-resistant?

• Yes. The device is water-resistant for daily use and shower use when the bottom cover is fully secured before use.

What skincare products should I use with the Face Roller Head?

• We recommend using the Face Roller Head with a conductive gel, such as medicube PDRN Booster Gel.
The roller is designed to work with a conductive formula to help ensure proper operation and smooth gliding on the skin.
Using a conductive gel also helps the device maintain consistent contact with the skin during use.

Can I use Booster Pro Mini Plus every day?

• Yes. Booster Pro Mini Plus is designed for daily use. Start with a lower intensity level if you are new to beauty devices and gradually increase as needed.
For best results, use for about 5 minutes per session as part of your daily skincare routine.

What skincare products do I need to use with the Booster Pro Mini Plus?

• Booster Pro Mini Plus is designed to help enhance the absorption of skincare ingredients.
Red Mode: Pair with PDRN or Hypochlorous Acid skincare to support soothing care and help promote more even-looking skin.
Blue Mode: Pair with Zero Pore or Kojic Acid skincare to support pore-refining and texture-smoothing care
Purple Mode: Pair with Retinol, Deep Vita C, or Collagen skincare to support firmer-looking, more radiant-looking skin
Choose the mode that best matches your skincare goals and routine.

Does the product come with a charging cable?

• No. Booster Pro Mini Plus does not include a charging cable or charger.
Please use a USB Type-C cable with an input voltage of DC 5V and a maximum of 2A for charging.

Can I use Booster Pro Mini Plus around my eyes?

• Yes, but use gentle movements and a comfortable intensity level. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and follow the instructions in the user manual.

Can I use Booster Pro Mini Plus Set on acne-prone areas?

• Yes. Booster Pro Mini Plus can be used on acne-prone areas.
For best results, pair it with skincare products formulated for troubled-looking skin, such as Hypochlorous Acid lines.
Avoid use on open wounds or severely irritated skin.
